Custom / 01 Full sublimation
Your design is printed onto transfer paper, then heat and pressure turn the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester itself. Nothing sits on top, so nothing can crack or peel.

How it works
- 01
Artwork set up
DesignWe build your design at full garment size, panel by panel, so patterns line up across the seams and the crest sits exactly where the proof shows it.
You: Send your references, colours and logos.
- 02
Printed in reverse
PrintEach panel is printed as a mirror image onto transfer paper, in the colours you approved on your proof.
You: Nothing. Your approved proof is the reference.
- 03
Heat pressed
PressPaper and fabric go through the press together. The ink turns to gas and bonds into the fibres, so the colour becomes part of the garment rather than a layer on it.
You: Nothing.
- 04
Cut and sewn
MakeThe printed panels are cut and sewn into finished garments, then checked against your proof before they are packed.
You: Nothing. We'll update you along the way.
Good to know
01
Why it lasts
The colour is in the fibres, so it holds up to washing, stretching and tackles.
02
Gradients welcome
Fades, photographs and fine patterns print as easily as flat colour.
03
White is the fabric
Anything white in your design is the fabric showing through, so whites stay crisp.
